Figures from Q1 2026, when Poles bought as many as 1,126 properties in Spain, once again confirm the boom in the local market performed by our compatriots. At the same time – in times of conflict in the Middle East – Spain is gaining as a safe haven for property buyers from Poland and beyond.
In an interview with Beata Święcicka of 'Wprost’, Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa said, among other things:
